We offer temporary and non-permanent hygiene and sanitation solutions that equal the facilities found in buildings in terms of convenience, and increasingly also of quality. At the same time, we are continuously striving to be more environmentally friendly. Since many years we have been challenging ourselves to integrate sustainable processes into our value chain. The year 2022 marked a milestone as we began with the establishment of a systematic sustainability management. Hereby our approach goes far beyond conserving resources and preventing waste. We defined three strategic pillars: Products & Services, Environment and Employees.
For us sustainability begins with the development of products and services. This applies to our action areas hygiene, production, and research & development, which we have assigned to this strategic pillar. Due to our commitment to hygiene, we are making an important contribution to health prevention – including during the COVID-19 pandemic. We manufacture, recycle, and refurbish our long-life and sustainable products in-house. Our production is supported by the research and development team, which optimizes existing products and services and develops pioneering new solutions for the future.
We are aware that our business model requires us to make a significant contribution to protecting our environment. For this reason, we invest in effective measures to quantify and analyze our environmental footprint throughout our business activities. By using resources as well as cleaning agents carefully and disposing waste water in compliance with the highest environmental standards at all times we aim to minimize the impacts of our actions.
With their workforce and motivation our employees are creating the foundation for the success of the TOI TOI & DIXI Group – also regarding our sustainability efforts. A consistent health and safety management is the top priority to minimize any risk of health hazards and to further optimize occupational safety. Ongoing training and professional development across all departments and units, as well as a lived and practiced corporate culture characterized by diversity and mutual respect, are the basis for appreciative cooperation.
